Return & Refund Policy

At PayMitra (paymitra.app), customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please read our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return only if:

• The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
• The wrong product has been delivered
• The product is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all accessories

⚠️ Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or physically damaged products after delivery
• Products without original packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Return Process

1. Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery
2. Share order ID, product images/videos, and reason for return
3. After verification, our team will approve or reject the request
4. If approved, return instructions will be shared

Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

? Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
